The blade of Saeldor is a one-handed sword that once belonged to Saeldor , an elite elven warrior, that can be created from an enhanced crystal weapon seed . Requiring level 80 Attack to wield, it provides the highest strength and slash bonus out of any weapon for its attack speed , surpassing the abyssal tentacle as the best slash weapon . It is tied for the strongest one-handed melee weapon with the Ghrazi rapier and the Inquisitor's mace , though these weapons are weaker than Osmumten's fang against high-defence monsters.
